The Nasiri Family laid the foundation for what is today known as Delta Group of Companies with branches and offices in Shiraz, Tehran and Dubai including 10 different companies employing over 1,600 people.

Capitalizing on population growth of Iran as well as taking advantage of new economic co-operations among countries within the region and rising operating costs in the western world, in 1984 Delta Group decided to enter light manufacturing industry with a plant to process and pack canned foods under the brand name of “Namakin”. Since then, group has increased its interest in many different manufacturing activities in different locations and products such as Dairy, Ice Cream, Dry fruits and Licorice and has always adopted new available methods and technologies in the field.

Even though each of the companies has its own legal status, together they comprise an industrial and commercial group named “Delta”. Today, Delta is one of the largest and leading groups of companies in Iran.
